Guldasta Academy

We turn homes into school for Afghan girls, ensuring they have access to quality education.

Founded by Ferdous Shahidi, inspired by his mother Guldasta's resilience after the passing of his father at a young age, Guldasta Academy started in 2023 to address the education ban on girls in Afghanistan. It serves as a symbol of hope, empowering young girls with knowledge and the opportunity to build a brighter future.

A personalized learning experience for students

Guldasta Academy Personalized School (GAPS) program provides quality education to Afghan girls through Moodle Learning Management System (LMS), which provides learning access online and offline. This helps young girls in Afghanistan have hope and be empowered to build a better future for themselves and their families.

Personalized School

Students will learn at their own pace. Engage with subjects through practice and exercises. Quizzes will test their understanding.

Online and Offline Access

Students will be able to access courses online and offline. Our dedicated apps will ensure learning doesnt stop, even without internet.

Progress and Opportunities

Students' progress will be tracked. They will be prepared for future academic and professional opportunities after completing our courses.

STEM Education

Our Focus on STEM Education

At Guldasta Academy, we are dedicated to empowering Afghan girls with access to quality STEM education. We provide comprehensive courses in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM).

With interactive lessons, practice exercises, animations, and quizzes, students can actively engage with concepts, reinforce their understanding, and track their progress in real time. These tools help them develop critical thinking and problem-solving skills, preparing them for future academic and professional opportunities in STEM fields.

Our Journey So Far

We have held more than 150 live sessions for hundreds of students and now thousands of students can join Guldasta Academy’s Personalized School from everywhere in Afghanistan.
